#FitnessChallenge Day 12 Conquering the mountain.
In the rain and fog we ventured out on a 2.5 hour grind up to the top of one of our local mountains.
The view was a little disappointing but the workout definitely was not.

Not long ago I would describe myself as lost, frustrated, unfulfilled and directionless. I had fallen into a rut and everything in my life was beginning to suffer. I decided I had had enough, and it was time to take back control of my life. My solution was simple, I would give myself hard accountable deadlines and start working on accomplishing my life’s ambitions.
